Our Story

Zobel Multimedia Production was founded in 2013 G.C. with a simple but powerful vision: to tell meaningful stories that inform, inspire, and create impact. Fully licensed and authorized by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Zobel has grown into a trusted name in broadcast and print media production.
At the heart of Zobel is Mr. Berhane Sisay, a journalist and media professional with a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Addis Ababa University. His journey from reporter to media manager at Fana Broadcasting Corporate shaped the foundation of the company—rooted in professionalism, creativity, and social responsibility. Over the years, he has led the production of radio and television programs that amplify voices often unheard, particularly on disability and social development issues.
Backed by a passionate and skilled team, Zobel produces television and radio programs, documentaries, advertisements, and print publications, including its own magazine, “Biranna.” Working closely with media houses and development partners, Zobel continues to play a meaningful role in Ethiopia’s evolving media landscape—one story at a time.
